The old addition was removed and a new one with larger living spaces built. The back porch entry leads to the mudroom and half bath. The kitchen was also enlarged with a new sitting area and a spacious master suite built above. The porch was enclosed to become a dining room opened to the kitchen. This project features all custom trim, black ash hardwood floors, glass wall tiles, glass block shower, custom cabinets, granite countertops, state of the art appliances and a variety of Marvin windows.
