St. Paul
The owners of this cute story and a half home in St. Paul needed some modifications for their growing family. The kitchen was enlarged and includes high end appliances, granite countertops and custom cabinets. A dinette, mudroom and covered back porch were added to the first floor. The stairway to the second floor was opened to the kitchen. A full bath, an office area and more open space was created on the second floor. Marvin windows were installed and the roofing and stucco were redone on the entire home.
